Booking & payment

How do I book?

Complete my inquiry form with your date, venue and party size. If I’m available, I send an estimate, then a contract through HoneyBook. Once it’s signed and the 50% deposit is paid, your date is held.

How do deposits and payments work?

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. You may also pay in full at booking and receive a 5% discount. Bridal party bookings have a $500 minimum.

How do I pay?

All payments are made securely through HoneyBook, my booking platform.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Your 50% deposit is non-refundable and holds your date. If your plans change, please tell me as soon as you can. I will do my best to move your booking to a new date, depending on my availability.

Your trial

When should I schedule my trial?

I recommend booking your trial two to six months before the wedding. It gives us time to create a camera-ready look, try color palettes, and perfect every detail.

Where is my trial held?

I come to you. Trials within 10 miles of Williamsburg have no travel fee. Beyond that, a travel fee begins at $50.

Can I bring inspiration photos to my trial?

Absolutely. Inspiration photos are a wonderful starting point. Bring images of makeup you love, along with your dress and hair plans, and I will tailor a look that feels like you. We will refine every detail together at your trial.

How should I prepare my skin?

Keep your routine simple and consistent in the weeks before your wedding, and avoid trying new products or strong treatments close to the date. Stay hydrated and moisturize daily.

What should I wear to my trial and wedding morning?

Arrive with a clean, moisturized face. A white shirt is preferred, with a neckline similar to your wedding dress. If you plan to have a spray tan for your wedding, it is best to have it for your trial too, so we can see your full look together.

Wedding morning

How long does each service take?

Bridal makeup takes 60 to 90 minutes. Bridesmaids and family members take 45 to 60 minutes each, depending on the look.

How many people can you do on the wedding morning?

I personally do up to eight people on a wedding morning: about an hour for the bride and 45 minutes for each guest. A full party takes about six and a half hours, so I plan your timeline backward from your ceremony, leaving plenty of time before it for photos and any final touches. Services that begin before 8:00 am have a $50 early start fee.

What do you bring on the wedding morning?

I arrive with everything I need: two bags filled with luxury products, a small folding table, a standing light for beautiful, even lighting, and my own makeup chair. I only need a little space to set up.

Do you travel to my venue?

Yes. I travel all over Virginia, and beyond for destination weddings. Venues within 10 miles of Williamsburg have no travel fee. Beyond that, a travel fee begins at $50 and is quoted for your venue based on distance, drive time and any lodging. It appears in your estimate and contract.

Do you accommodate larger bridal parties?

Absolutely. Additional guests are $125 each. For parties of eight or more, a second artist joins for a one-time fee of $300, so no one feels rushed.

Do you do makeup for mothers and other guests?

Yes. Mothers, grandmothers, flower girls and other guests are welcome, and are priced per person like the rest of the bridal party.

Can I add services on the wedding day?

To protect your timeline, all additions must be requested at least one month in advance. Same-day additions cannot be accommodated.

Do you stay for touch-ups?

A touch-up stay is an optional add-on, not a requirement, at $150 per hour. If you would like me nearby, your makeup stays perfect through the ceremony, portraits and reception.

What products do you use? Do you offer airbrush?

The bride’s kit includes concealer, powder, lipstick, lip gloss, lash glue and applicators. Each bridesmaid receives powder, lipstick and lip gloss.

Do you do makeup for other events?

Yes. Send me an inquiry with your date and details and I will let you know.
